There are two main ways to explore that idea: through a Past Life Reading (via the Akashic Records) or a Past Life Regression (through hypnotherapy). Both can open portals into your soul’s ancient story, but they work in totally different ways. One feels like listening to your soul’s podcast. The other is like putting on a VR headset and starring in the episode yourself.
