Past Life Regression Sessions

Past life Regression Therapy is a great way to heal yourself through exploring your past lives. It is a process of self-exploration. It accelerates our spiritual growth by enlightening us with past aspects of our soul,  helps us increase our self-awareness and strengthens our connection with the higher levels of our consciousness.


Through discovering our past lives we can uncover dormant talents or gifts, strengths and abilities. It can clear emotional stress, fears, vulnerabilities and help you understand your current behaviors, tendencies and even idiosyncrasies. It brings to light powerful insights and lessons that you can apply to your current life to enhance it or to solve current challenges.

What is it like to be in a Past Life Regression?

During the experience of the past life regression you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation to a subconscious level of awareness. Following this, you will be guided through the most important events of a past life, or sometimes different lifetimes, that have a connection with your current life and situations.


Some people see the events that unfold very well, others don't. Some people just feel or hear, while others just know. The experience can be unique for each individual depending on their different abilities and levels of perception. The regression will also take you through the death process of that life or lives and some may even access their afterlife, or life between lives as it may be called, meeting their Spirit Guides and going through the process of being reincarnated again. 

After reviewing the past lives, you will be led through a past life analysis, or in other words a "life review," in which we seek and uncover the meaning from our Spirit Guides or Higher Source to help you correlate and fully utilize the information you have just been gifted. This is a very transformational process that also includes forgiveness, unconditional love and acceptance towards yourself and others if needed.

What does it feel like to be in hypnosis?

Past lives are accessed through hypnosis, a deep state of relaxation. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, meaning that you can choose to resist it or you can choose to open yourself up to it and fully participate in the experience. Some people go very deep into hypnosis and others go lightly, however most people fall somewhere in between. During the state of hypnosis, some people may experience sensations of numbness, heaviness, lightness of various areas of their body, tingling sensations, eye fluttering or the feeling of being in two places at the same time.


For anyone who is new to the process, there is nothing to be afraid of. Hypnosis is a natural, safe, quiet state of mind and regardless of how deep you go, you are still aware and in control and can always get out of the hypnotic state if you choose to by just opening your eyes. Hypnosis is something we go through naturally in our daily lives - it is the state between sleep and wakefulness you experience at night and in the mornings.

Most people witness their past lives from a first-person perspective and feel as if they are in the present moment.  When accessing past lives some people are quite connected to them and feel certain emotions that may arise, while others feel as if they are just watching different scenes in a movie, describing the events the same way as if they are just recalling the story to another person.
