Oops, I Reincarnated Again: Past Life Mistakes I’m Probably Still Paying Off

Reincarnation: The Ultimate Reset Button

Reincarnation feels a lot like the universe hitting the “reset” button on a video game, except instead of one reset, I think I’ve hit it dozens (maybe hundreds) of times. And every time I come back, some of the same “unfinished business” and past life mistakes tag along, popping up like old reruns you didn’t ask to watch again.

Not Everyone Remembers Their Past Life Mistakes

Here’s the catch: most of us don’t consciously remember our reincarnations or those past-life slip-ups. They get tucked away deep in the soul’s archives hidden, unconscious, and out of sight. That’s why we sometimes find ourselves repeating patterns, facing the same challenges, or feeling oddly drawn to people, places, or situations that seem familiar yet confusing.

How Past Life Regression Can Help

It’s like walking down a messy road without realizing you’ve been there before, hitting the same potholes and wondering why things feel so hard. That’s where past life regression comes in. By gently uncovering old memories and experiences, it helps you recognize the patterns you’ve been carrying forward. Once you see the story clearly, you can choose a new path, one that leads toward healing, growth, and freedom.

My Favorite Past Life “Oops” Moments

Some of my past life “oops” moments came through during my own regressions, and while they weren’t funny at the time (trust me), I’ve since learned to laugh at them. Because wow… I’ve really lived.

Like the time I was a circus performer: charming, dramatic, and apparently needing to be in the spotlight at all times. I broke a lot of hearts in addition to sleeping with everyone’s boyfriend or husband in the circus. Not my finest moment. It didn’t end well… I was eventually dropped (on purpose) from the trapeze. A literal fall from grace.

Then there was the life where I “missed the boat”… and not metaphorically. I literally missed the boat to the New America. I stayed behind and I carried the weight of that missed opportunity into future lives with a FOMO. YOLO? But not being fooled by that one this time.

And let’s not forget my Roman Empire phase: bold ambitions, big attitude, and a whole lot of ego. I came, I saw… I didn’t conquer. Not even close. I think I just wandered around in a cape and made things worse.

These memories make me laugh now, but they’ve also helped me see how certain patterns of ego, hesitation, fear of failure, have followed me into this lifetime. Recognizing them with humor lets me break the cycle without shame or confusion.

Because past lives aren’t just interesting stories, they’re mirrors. They show us where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and sometimes what we still need to work through… hopefully with a bit more grace (and fewer trapeze incidents).

Why Laughing at Past Life Mistakes Matters

Whether funny or frustrating, these “oops” moments are part of my soul’s story. They add character to the journey, but they can also create invisible patterns in this lifetime if we don’t bring awareness to them. Laughing at those blunders softens regret and invites compassion. It creates space for curiosity instead of self-judgment. Because if the soul is on a grand adventure, a few wrong turns are inevitable.

Every Lifetime Is a New Page

What keeps me going is knowing that each lifetime is a new page in an ongoing story. The mistakes aren’t dead ends, they’re plot twists that invite reflection, healing, and change. With tools like past life regression, we can bring hidden memories to light and rewrite our story with clarity and intention.

Embracing the Messiness and Magic of the Soul’s Journey

This soul journey isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence. It’s about showing up with openness, even when it’s messy. Sometimes that means recognizing old mistakes. Sometimes it means embracing new lessons. And sometimes it just means laughing, because really… what else can you do?

You Don’t Have to Walk That Messy Road Alone

If you’re stuck in patterns or facing challenges that feel bigger than this lifetime, you don’t have to walk that messy road blindly. Past life regression can help you see the map more clearly, so you can choose a new route.

If you’re curious about your own past life stories, the funny, the frustrating, the meaningful, I’d love to help you explore them with kindness and curiosity. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from remembering where you’ve been… so you can step more confidently into where you’re going.
