Let’s start with a gentle question:

When was the last time you picked up your phone with intention and not because it made a tiny noise, lit up, or simply existed within arm’s reach?


The Swipe Spiral

You tell yourself:

“I’m just checking one thing.”

Next thing you know, you’ve:
