"My business, Spirit Explorations, is all about guiding people on their journey to self-discovery and spiritual awakening. What sets me apart from other hypnotherapists is my unique blend of skills. I combine intuitive wisdom from my channeling abilities with hypnotherapy and Reiki to work with energy, bringing more balance to individuals. This holistic approach helps my clients uncover hidden truths, release fears, and develop a deeper appreciation for their lives.

Starting and building Spirit Explorations hasn’t been easy. Beyond my core practice, I’ve had to learn a lot about marketing, finance, and all the other responsibilities of running a business. While I enjoy picking up these new skills and putting them into practice, it can be a lot of work and take a lot of energy. I can’t say I’ve overcome all the challenges, but I see myself improving and sometimes, progress itself is a success. It’s been a demanding journey, but each step forward, no matter how small, shows growth and resilience."
