Join me for an enchanting evening of self-discovery as we journey back in time to explore our past lives in this guided group Past Life Regression.

The event will begin with a brief explanation of Past Life Regression, including what the experience may feel like and the potential benefits it can bring to your life. I'll also leave time for your questions and curiosities, as my aim is to help you feel comfortable before, during, and even after the session.

We'll then move on to the guided Past Life Regression, where we'll explore three significant events from your past life that have a connection to your current life and the challenges you're facing. Afterwards, we'll journey into the afterlife to connect with your spirit guides and review the life you've just experienced, drawing guidance from it to help you move forward in the best possible way.

Finally, we'll have an open floor for anyone who wants to ask additional questions about the process or share their experience.

About Past Life Regressions:

Past life regression using hypnosis involves inducing a trance-like state, allowing you to access memories of past lives or experiences through visualization and suggestion, with the aim of increased self-awareness, healing emotional wounds, overcoming phobias and fears, improved relationships, and spiritual growth.

Hypnosis is a safe and relaxing experience, similiar to meditation, that allows you to access your subconscious mind, and there is no need to worry about losing control or being forced to do something against your will and although it shouldn't be necessary, rest assure you can come out of hypnosis anytime you want by simply opening your eyes.

I'm Jessica, a certified Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regressionist, Akashic Record Reader, and Reiki Master with over 15 years of experience in the realms of spiritual help and transformation. My own spiritual awakening led me to look within myself to learn, grow, and make powerful changes in my life, and now I help others do the same.

Other (pretty general) things to note before you join:

-Please show up on time or no later than 10 minutes past the starting time. Once we start the actual past life regression we can have no interruptions or new guests coming in.

-You must keep your audio muted unless otherwise instructed.

-During this time, find a place where you won’t be disturbed and can relax without interruptions.

-Please refrain from any alcohol or other stimulants several hours beforehand.

-Join with an open mind, heart and … have a journal nearby to write notes in after!
